Designed by Prewett Bizley Architects and developed with us, the project was our first Enerphit scheme. Achieving an airtightness of 0.6 ach (Passivhaus standard) the retrofit included a complete reworking of the ground and first floor room layouts and a new loft extension using stressed skin timber components.
